Subject	Front facsia - urethane or fiberglass?

Message	I see there are different materials used for front fascia. How do you tell? Under the chipped paint, mine is mustard colored. It's cracked and needs to be repaired (how?) before it makes it through and the bottom piece hangs free. Thanks in advance.
